Inspired by Saigon's rich urban tapestry, the building facade captures the visual rhythm and verticality of Saigon's cityscape, blending it seamlessly with elevated green spaces and the tropical landscape below.

6 tower blocks are streamlined along the perimeter of the site to maximize opportunities for facilities within the central landscape green, while orienting views towards the Rach Muong Kinh river. The spatial planning strategy prioritizes the active facilities along riverside / highway to act as a noise buffer, while keeping the relaxation facilities in the quieter internal landscape deck.
